Terms of Service

Oasis Tires & Wheels operates this lift kit store (liftkits.oasistires.com) from its 7 retail locations in El Paso, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

Product listings come from our supplier catalog feed. Prices shown are the current catalog prices in US dollars unless a product is marked otherwise, and do not include installation, taxes or freight unless stated on your order confirmation.

Fitment

Fitment is verified by our team for your specific vehicle before installation and before any payment is finalized. Catalog fitment data alone does not guarantee fitment — lift height, wheel/tire combination and vehicle condition all matter. If a kit cannot be fitted safely, you may cancel for a full refund of any amount paid.

Orders & payment

An order placed here is a request that the store confirms by phone — availability, fitment and installation scheduling are confirmed before the sale is final. Payment options depend on what is connected at checkout (in-store payment, Affirm, or card where offered). Financing terms, when used, are solely between you and the financing provider.

Returns

Uninstalled lift kits and suspension parts in original condition may be returned to any Oasis location within 30 days with your order confirmation. Installed, driven-on, damaged or special-order parts may not be returnable — the store will explain before you buy.
