Privacy Policy

Oasis Tires & Wheels collects only the information needed to sell, fit and install your lift kit or suspension parts — and to follow up about your order.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone), your vehicle information, the contents of your cart and orders, and products you save to your account. Payment and financing details are handled by the payment or financing provider (for example Affirm) on their own systems — this site does not store card numbers or bank credentials.

How we use it

To confirm and fulfill orders, verify fitment, schedule installation, send order updates, and — with your order — to create a customer record in our CRM so any of our 7 stores can help you. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share order details with the distributor fulfilling your parts and with the payment/financing provider you choose, only as needed to complete your purchase.

Your choices

Ask any Oasis store to correct or delete your customer record, or contact us through oasistires.com. Analytics cookies, if enabled, are used only to understand store traffic in aggregate.
